I just installed one of these kits today on a customers truck... Who ever designed this kit is a Muppet! Absolutely dumb. Three plates of steel bolted together to rust and rot. Cheap bracketry that is overly complicated for what it needs to be but still not good. Bottom of air bags bolted to that bracketry on the diff to limit extension of suspension. I could say so much more. It doesn't have to be this way but the guys that design this stuff are simpletons!

Is the camera completely battery powered? No hardwiring required?

To anyone considering doing this job yourself, alot yourself more time than you think you'll need. Those control arms are a pain to get in and out. That ended up being 90% of the time into this project.

You are skipping some key parts. When removing the wiring harness bracket from the axels you need to also remove the clips which is a major pain in the ass.

Why did they use black oxide fasteners? The fasteners on mine are already rusting out.

I would not recommend these 1000HD bags if you live in a cold climate. I have had to replace mine (under warranty) multiple times due to cracking and leaking. Airlift knows about the problem and just continues to send warranty replacements. I'm sick of changing out the in-coil bags and am going with another company. To bad airlift won't allow me to pay the difference for a different style of airbag, they have lost a customer and I will let everyone know of the issues I have had.

I drive a semi with air ride, air brakes, so i know you have to have a compressor. Do you supply the air compressor?

I just installed these Air Ride 7500XL’s to replace an old set of Pac Brake 5000’s. I installed them on a 2005 Silverado 3500 DRW truck and put them through the test, carrying 2000 lbs of fuel and towing almost 13000 lbs (24 ft cargo trailer) up the Alaska Canada highway - a total of 2600 miles from North Dakota to Wasilla, Alaska. I removed the old ones and installed them in about 4-5 hours. Removal of the old set was the hardest part and installation of the new set was pretty straight forward. They definitely look way beefier that the old set of air bags and performed very well, helping to get my load more level. I also didn’t notice an adverse effect to ride quality - if anything, it helped smooth out the rough roads going through parts of the Alcan and particularly the frost heaves and broken stretches of road. All in all, they were a solid investment and definitely improved my truck’s utility.

Anyone else notice how far away the airbags brackets are when the axle is at full travel? Worried the bags will rip now that they are the travel limit and not the shocks.

But... you show mounting on the frame. Doesn't the instructions on the "EZ" model recommend that the compressor can't be exposed to water??

I installed these airbags, I watched the installation instruction video on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma and they work excellent, I recommend them 100%.

It’s just like every other install vid that gives the novice just enough confidence to get that person in trouble.for example they did not give you the information you needed to wire this system properly and int can become very frustrating and expensive when you get lost in the installation it’s the same as people who show a sub and amp install .

Very cool. My wife and i have a 2019 Silverado 1500 and we started camping in the back. We bought a topper and made camping drawers and have a matress in the bxk to sleep in. But now the teuck drops in the back. We also put a leveling kit in the front. So this would be perfect to lift the back level with the front. I cant wait to save my money to purchase it :) maybe we'll make a video to show you guys one day. Great product keep up the great work

I have 1” lift coil springs in the rear. Will this kit work with it?
